
The JEE Apex Board will conduct the JEE Main and the JEE Advanced examination from the year 2022. The examination was conducted earlier by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The JEE Apex Board will take all the JEE Main and JEE Advanced decisions from this year.
Students willing to join IIT and other top institutions in the country will appear for JEE Main and JEE Advanced. The candidates who clear JEE Main will be allowed to attempt JEE Advanced. The candidates who clear JEE Advanced will be given admission to IITs.
JEE Main Application Form
The JEE Main application form is released on the official website. The candidates must visit the official website to download the application form. In the year 2022, the JEE Main examination will be conducted twice. Therefore, the JEE Main registration and application form will be available on the official website twice before the two JEE Main sessions. The first session of the JEE Main was conducted towards the end of April and the first week of May. The application form for this session was available in the month of March. The correction window for the application form was from April 6 to April 8, 2022.
The second session of JEE Main examination will be conducted towards the end of May 2022. The application form for the same was available from April 8, 2022. The last date to submit the online application form was May 3, 2022. The application fee can be paid online through credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or Paytm services. The application fee that is paid once will not be refunded. However, the option to take it forward to the next session of JEE Main, 2022, will be given to the candidates. The candidates will not be allowed to submit multiple application forms. The candidates who choose to appear for both sessions will be allowed to change their choice of cities during the correction window.
The application confirmation page will be generated only after successfully making the payment. There are certain important documents to be submitted while filling out the application form. The documents to be submitted are 10th std and 12th std certificates, aadhar card copy, scanned copy of the photograph, and signature. The details to be filled in the application form include phone numbers, email IDs, bank account numbers, ration card numbers, passport details, etc.
