Dez Bonds or Kxng Dez as some would call him, is an entrepreneur and visionary from Grand Prairie, Texas Being in the business world, motivating others, Kxng Dez is devoted and works hard on his consistent collaborations. To become more serious and dedicated to his work and proving others wrong remains a goal for Kxng Dez, and he is on the right track to doing so. “I’m always finding things to get into and master! One thing I am working on is creating an enterprise that will consist of different work opportunities for others in need. Also looking to create real rehabilitative programs that will not only help the poor get back good health-wise and back into the working society; but also give ex-convicts a true second chance at life with the necessary resources they need to survive and stay out of the judicial system. (This will be a long-term goal and commitment of mine” Kxng Dez is a well-rounded entrepreneur who refuses to give up even when things don’t go as planned. He wants to keep moving forward and use his platform to do good things.

What is inspiring you right now consistently to work on your endeavors?
God, my wife and children, and my past struggles and experiences.
How have you overcome struggles to be where you are at now?
I’ve learned to face them face-on and work relentlessly to overpower them by strengthening my mind, body, and spirit. Does this mean that even though I am strong, sometimes I don’t feel weak or struggle? No it does not! But I’ve become strong enough to endure many things through the pain I have been through. And you know what they say….No pain, No gain!
What piece of advice you want others to take back from the work you display?
I would like others to see themselves in me (No see God in me). I am no different from the next person. If I can do it, you can too!! Never give up! Never allow others to project their negativity and fears upon you! Know your worth! Trust yourself! Don’t settle for mediocrity! Never sell out for the fools gold of this world! Always remember where you come from! Treat the waiter just as good as the owner! Love yourself! Walk a righteous path! Above all, devote your life to doing God’s work and have faith in the Most High!!
What do you have coming up right now that you want others to know about?
Right now I have my trucking business getting started, just got my first semi truck! I’m looking to grow this business and use it as the foundation for my many other businesses to come. This is my focus for now.
Who were the most influential people in your life?
God always, my wife and children, and anyone who is righteous and making strives to be great setting the right example for my people. It’s never about what you do…it’s always about how you do it! That’s the mark that you will leave behind when your time is up in this life. So don’t tell me what you do…Show me how it’s done! Peace, love and light be unto you all! All praises be to the Most High!
Kxng Dez has a goal to make people want to see more of his work, which he has done already done in the office and business collaborations. From learning about business and financial literacy (What they don’t teach us in school), to building a plan for myself as an entrepreneur, to having very little support, to battling racism and prejudice judgment (even from my own people), to dealing with depression/anxiety….man I could go on and on about the obstacles you are going to face as a striving business owner. But if you don’t do it, somebody else will! So why not you? Break the cycle and do what you were created to do.”
